Catherine Lewis, CSAC, LPC, CSIT
Dual-diagnosis Therapist, Client Rights Specialist, and CCS Service Director Catherine has been working in the Mental Health and Substance Use field for over four years. Catherine first started her career working in Drug Treatment Courts, where finding treatment solutions instead of long-term incarceration for addiction was the focus. Since then, Catherine has worked in many levels of care, providing a variety of dually appropriate therapeutic services. Catherine has always had a passion for helping and supporting those who have been struggling and by working in outpatient clinics, she has been able to do just that.
Catherine is licensed as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Clinical Supervisor, in-training (CSIT) by the Department of Safety and Professional Services in Wisconsin. |
Lamin Jatta, SAC-IT pending
Homeless Restorative Justice and Shelter Program Coordinator Lamin has been working with individuals struggling with mental wellness, addiction, poverty, and homelessness through his jobs at Mendota Mental Health Institute, and Sankofa Behavioral and Community Health for the past 6 years. He is incredibly passionate about serving the community and building relationships with everyone he encounters. Lamin comes to us from The Gambia, West Africa. His insight and perspective have brought many consumers comfort and connection. He uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach for working with individuals.
Lamin is a certified rehabilitation worker through Dane County CCS and a certified psychiatric care technician-advanced, which entails crisis management through therapeutic behaviors. He also provides outreach and engagement and intensive case management services. |
Munroe Whitlock, CSAC

Simone Lawrence
Administrative Manager, Outreach and Engagement Specialist Simone Lawrence was born and raised in Madison and was a student of MMSD. She took advantage of the opportunity to care for others early by becoming a CNA at 17, caring for Alzheimer and Dementia patients. She took classes at Madison College and UW-Odyssey Project. Through Odyssey, she became motivated in investing in social justice and community outreach.
Simone has been serving vulnerable populations for several years through supporting street outreach teams and other service providers. She is actively working to become a service provider through Dane County CCS . |
Stacy Williams
Case Manager, CCS Provider Stacy has been working with individuals struggling with many social issues, such as poverty, homelessness, and mental health issues. She is incredibly passionate about serving the community and building relationships with everyone she encounters. Stacy has a long history of working in the community as a youth coach and mentor.
Stacy is a certified rehabilitation worker through Dane County CCS. She provides outreach and case management services for Kabba's clinical programs. She also provides case management to our clients at Dairy Drive. |
Camille Major
Outreach and Engagement Specialist, CCS Provider Camille graduated from UW-Madison with degree in sociology in 1995. She has worked as a health investigator for the state of Wisconsin, legislative aide for the black caucus in Wisconsin Legislature, and consumer specialist for the Wisconsin Public Service Commission. Most important to Camille is that she has been helped by countless supports to work her way through and out of drug addiction and to a pretty damn good life.
